• Confection, emission and collection of the Assessments and the provisions of the Funds making effective the payment of the expenses inherent in the Community.
• Summons to the meetings by means of certified letters, if it proceeds, where it is included, the books statement and the budgets to every owner.
• Celebration of the Meetings, in own rooms or where we decide, with assistance of personnel.
• Confection of Bylaws of interior regime of conformity with the in force legislation, if it proceeds.
• Production and reference of letters and informative circular letters to all the owners.

Likewise in the tasks as Managers: we will guard over the good regime of the house, its facilities and services, doing the opportune warnings to the holders.

• To prepare with due precedence and to submit to the Meeting the plan of predictable expenses, providing the means necessary to confront them.
• To attend to the conservation and entertainment of the house, taking charge of the repairs and means that turn out to be urgent, warned at once to the President or to the owners as it is convenient.
• To execute the agreements adopted as for works, to lead to end the payments and collections that proceed.
• To guard for you the documentation of the Community.
